Reiki is a traditional Japanese relaxation technique using universal life force energy. By placing the hands on the body, energy can be transmitted to restore physical and emotional well-being.
A one-off session can be enough to balance your mind, body and soul and alleviate any stress or aliments to being you back into alignment. Distance Reiki is a way of sending Reiki healing remotely and is just as effective as a hands on treatment.

Because distance Reiki is so powerful, a fifteen minute session is the equivalent of an hour hands-on Reiki treatment.

How it Works
You choose your preferred time, find somewhere comfortable to lay down, close your eyes whilst enjoying the relaxing sensations. The best time to do this is just before you go to sleep.
Each session is 30 minutes long. The distance Reiki will last for 15 minutes (which is the equivalent of 30 minutes hands on). We have an extra 15 minutes to talk about how you may be feeling.
Sessions are on a donation basis where you just give what you can afford. I donate 10% (£1) of each session to Girls Not Brides, a a global partnership in more than 95 countries working to end child marriage.
Lisa Imogen Eldridge is a qualified Reiki Master who has been practising Reiki for the last 7 years. Lisa has completed her Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki Master course. As a former listening Samaritan, Lisa has learned how to unravel thoughts that may be stopping you from moving forward so you can see things clearly.
Lisa began her Reiki journey when she was married. It was during this time that she realised she was living the wrong life. Since then she has divorced, and has used her Reiki to help others who are feeling lost and overwhelmed.
